Declaring of activity of the enterprise for implementation of the labor law of employees and employers

In 2013 ECM-Kostroma branch took part in the "Declaring of activity of the enterprise for implementation of the labor law of employees and employers" project, carried out by State Labour Inspection in the Kostroma region with the assistance of Federation of the labor unions of the Kostroma region organizations, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kostroma region, Department on work and employment of the Kostroma region, public institution the Kostroma regional office of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and regional association of employers "Kostroma union of industrialists".
The participants relevant to the project requirements were awarded with "Trustworthy employer" certificate. The owner of the certificate is exempted from planned control inspections in the sphere of observance of the labor legislation during period of validity of the certificate (five years).
Following the results of participation in the project ECM-Kostroma branch became the owner of the certificate and entered the register of the employers observing the labor law of workers.
