OAO ‘ECM' provides a full range of production, commercial and technological services. Our special subdivision ‘ECM-engineering’ has the most state-of-the-art technical resources at their disposal. ECM-engineering has a very experienced staff and uses its technological advantage to deliver on every commitment in a timely manner.

• Renovation of working substations (capacity under 500 kV);
• Initial design of electric substations (up to and including 110 kV); 
• Design and renovation of power systems (over and below 1kV), including 110kV lines;
• Technical documentation;
• Construction design;
• Process flow charts;
• Electric power fiscal metering systems;
• Computer-aided manufacturing systems;
• Design of security and fire-alarm systems;
• Reference design documentation for electric equipment, die tooling, press mold, labor saving tools;
• Occupational safety-related documentation;
