In 1991 ECM launched a new line of work, which involved from-scratch construction and commissinoning of power assets. This included initial design, actual construction, provision and installation of all necessary equipment (including equipment of our own manufacture, designed at NEMZ and 'Vector') These two plants also manufacture custom and electric equipment.
