Construction of the 2nd launch site at the “Krasnoselskaya” substation
The “Krasnoselskaya” substation is located within the Moscow CAD, on the corner of Baumanskaya st. and Olkhovskaya st.  The substation is going to be a 3-story building, standing 80 meters and 34.5 meters wide.
The work there included a complete list of design/construction activities as well as power/equipment-related jobs.
The substation was launched 12/28/2010.
Construction of the 2nd launch site includes the following scope of work: cable passageways (220 kV) at TPP-23, overall length – about 10200 meters.
