Report from ceremony of Nyagan state district power station solemn launch

Ceremonial opening of a new thermal power station in Nyagan (The Khanty-Mansi autonomous district Yugra) took place on September 24, 2013. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistyo took part in ceremony. Commercial operation of the power unit No. 1 of the power station is conducted since March, 2013, the second and third power units start working in 2013 and 2014.

The Nyagan SDPS is the largest thermal power station in Russia constructed "from scratch" during the period since 1990. Upon completion of construction of three power units its rated capacity will exceed to 1250 MW.

ECM-Kostroma branch performs electric installation work and works on instrumentation and automated control systems installation on three blocks, and also on auxiliary buildings and station constructions.
