External audit inspection (quality management) at ECM

April 5 through 20 – ECM was welcoming representatives from TUV Hessen performing an external quality management checkup. This year the TUV Hessen gentlemen visited not only our Moscow headquarters but also the Nizhni Novgorod, Novovoronezh and St. Petersburg branches.  The committee appeared to like the way things are at our company, remarked on the great skills and professionalism of our workforce and also offered some advice on how we could improve make organization even better. 

In short, ECM has successfully stood the test of TUV Hassen and thus continues to be a proud holder of an ISO 9001:2008 code certificate.
