1. The “E-4” group. Nyagan GRES.

  1. Main building (No 1). Power supply framework (Siemens manufacture):
    • Current distributors, 6kV;
    • Indoor lighting system in the turbine section;
    • EC&I equipment at the 1st power unit, Siemens;
    • KRU-6kV boxes, НКУ-0.4 sections;
    • DC board, installation;
    • Installation of batteries for the DC board.
  2. Liquid fuel dept:
    • EC&I equipment, installation works;
    • Fire safety system, installation.
  3. Grounds:
    • Metalwork constructions running through the OVK-GK№1-AK overpass (KKB boxes);
    • Metalwork constructions running through the OVK-LFD overpass (KKB boxes);
    • Cable laying through/around the overpass (9.7 km long).
  4. VPU:
    • Metalwork braces for further cable laying, full installation;
    • Metalwork constructions (KKB boxes);
    • Grounding grid;
    • Switchboards KRUZA P and PR.

 

2. OAO “TGK-2.” Expansion of the Nizhni Novgorod TPP with a new GTE-160 gas-turbine plant.

  1. 330 kV outdoor switchgear:
    • Cable laying/connection, SSG-330 kV;
    • Perimeter lighting system, SSG-330 kV;
    • Protection frame, SSG-330 kV;
    • Isolation switches RPV and RPG (mechanical work);
    • 330 kV cable laying;
    • Cordage of two PTs (a 200 MVA package transformer and a 16 MVA auxiliary one).
  2. The TPP main building and GTE-160 power unit:
    • Generating current lead at the supporting unit of PGU-210;
    • Drawout switches, KRU-6kV, sections 55 and 99;
    • Verification testing of the exhaust-heat boiler lighting system;
    • Cable laying on the equipment related to chemical wash systems;
    • Water correction systems, installation activities;
    • Outdoor lighting system.
3. Gas/heat metering systemsOAO “TGK-2”, Yaroslavl.
  • Metering systems at TPP-3, Yaroslavl;
  • Metering system installation at the “Lyapino” boiler-house plant.
4. Renovation of secondary substation OAO “Slavneft-Yanos”, Yaroslavl.
  • Metalwork constructions running through GPP-10 – GPP-6 overpass;
  • Power transformer installation (TDTN-40000/110/35/6 kV at GPP-1).
5. Renovation of video surveillance systems and cable passageways.An OAO “OGK-3” branch. Kostroma GRES.
  • Installation of a video surveillance system;
  • Fiber-optic cable laying for the VS system;
  • Renovation of the cable passageways at SSG-220kV.
6. Renovation of electrical equipment at 8th and 4th power unitsAn OAO “OGK-2” branch. Troitsk GRES.
  • Electrical equipment provision for reconstruction work at KRU-6kV and RU-0.4kV, power units 8 and 44;
  • Metalwork constructions, power/control cable laying for electrical equipment installed at PU 8;
  • Metalwork cable laying, cable joints installation at unit 4.
7. Renovation work at the “Severnaya” SS, KostromaOAO “MRSK CENTRA-Kostromaenergo” branch.
  • General construction activities around the SS grounds;
  • Reconstruction of portal frames, 1st and 2nd busbar collectors;
  • Outdoor grounding grid;
  • HF communication systems, complete replacement;
  • Overvoltage limiter, 2nd busbar collector – installation work.
8. Renovation of the “Plyos” SS, Plyos.OAO “MRSK Centra and Volga Region” (Ivenergo branch).
  • General construction activities around the SS grounds;
  • Provision of materials/equipment;
  • Substation control system – provision/installation;
  • Perimeter fence installation.
