Works performed by Kurchatov branch in July 2014

1. Kursk nuclear power plant

• 3rd power unit and wasted nuclear power storage (HOYAT). Modernization of radiation control system (SRK).
  • Installation of metalworks, detecting device, mounting/dismantling of a cable.

• 4th power unit. Extension of operation term.
  • Installation of metalworks and valves.

• Equipping of the rooms of the 4th power unit with automatic installations of fire extinguishing and fire alarm system.
  • Installation of metalworks, laying of a control cable.

• Outdoor switchgear (ORU) 750 kV of the 2nd line of Kursk NPP.
  • Replacement of a switch 5 IV-2 (3 phases). Replacement of disconnectors.

• Replacement of external disconnectors with grounding (RNDZ type) of 330 kV.
  • Replacement of disconnectors of 330 kV 1LR-0; 1LR-2; RVL VL.

• Construction and installation works on the local computer network of the system of the account and control of nuclear materials.
  • Installation of equipment.

2. Novovoronezh nuclear power plant-2

•   Installation of instrumentation and control. Installation of equipment of industrial control system on object: "The reactor auxiliary building 10UKC" of Novovoronezh NPP-2.  

  • Laying of a cable, installation of electric lighting.

3. Novovoronezh NPP. 5th power unit.

• Installation of couplers and metalworks.
  • Installation of current-limiting reactor (TRTS-0,5-50-0,1).


• Modernization of SKU SVO on mounting of panels №5.

4. Mikhailovsky GOK

• Building of pelletization of technological complex of the kilning machine No. 3
  • Installation of cable metalworks.

5. Kursk HEPS-1

• HEPS-1 Line of ice melting
  • Transfer of lines of 35 kV.


• Setting of the back supply line HOU of 0,4 kV.
  • Installation of cable metalworks, laying of a cable.

6. Novogor’kovskaya HEPS

• Installation of illumination of the main building
• Installation of current distributors of 6 and 20 kV
• Installation of cable metalworks on platforms
