Customer: OAO “E4 Group”
On this project, OAO “E4 Group” was the general contractor. The project involved the complete setup of three gas-vapor units (PGU-1, PGU-2, and PGU-3, capacity – 3x418 mW), (ready-to-operate project). Customer: OAO “Fortum.”
The ultimate capacity of the plant is going to come to 1254 mW. The Nyagan GRES will then become one of the largest power facilities of the Tumen Region. This project is nothing short of unique because the work starts off from ground zero and in the end there will stand a full-fledged ready-to-use facility. The entire job is basically a three-step plan. After the 1st and 2nd units have been launched, the total capacity of the station will amount to 5.4 billion kW/h per year, and once the 3rd unit kicks in, the plant is going to give roughly 8.6 billion kW/h of power per year. The total capacity of each unit is projected to be about 418 mW. Budget: ~ 1.4 billion (euro). Considering the scope and extent of this project, its planned duration is going to be pretty much unprecedented. The overall number of people involved in this project is over 3 thousand. The chief supplier of equipment is Siemens.
